We’re meeting this Monday at the Co-op in Penrhyn Bay for a group run.
As always, no one runs alone. The Coastline team (Stephen and Jordan) will stick with the back of the pack to make sure everyone has company from start to finish.

But trust us, this is a vibe for everybody.
No pressure on pace, no rules, just good people moving together along the coastline. Some run fast, some slow, some walk for a few minutes but everyone finishes with a smile.
Our next run is Bank Holiday Monday and we’re expecting a big turnout.
We’ll switch up the route again and make it another one to remember.
